How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing time takes about 1-2 weeks based on what items have been ordered. All ready to ship items will ship out 1-3 days after purchase. We only use priority mail unless you have upgraded to express. Priority usually takes 1-3 days (weather permitted)

**If the due date you need your order on was not confirmed with us before you placed the order please do not expect it to arrive by that day**

**Based on busy season (Halloween) and specific holidays the processing time is not guaranteed, during Halloween and festival season please order ahead of time since some orders may take over 8 weeks due to high volume of orders**

Payment Policy -
All items must be paid in full or with a deposit before we start working on your order. Your order must be completely paid off before it can be shipped out.

Please read return policy before purchasing any items.


Custom Orders-
We do take any and all custom orders, all items can be semi changed with different detailing or color. Please message us with any questions regarding any item or new creation you have in mind.

Sizing-
We do make any and ALL sizes please don't be afraid to ask!!
